Return, Refund and Exchanges

Exchange Policy
Thank you for visiting us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for exchanges and addresses damaged/defective products, lost in transit items, delayed deliveries, and color/measurement variations.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

We offer exchanges only under the following specific circumstances:

Wrong Size: If you received the wrong size of the product you ordered.
Damaged or Defective Product: If the product you received is damaged or defective (subject to the conditions outlined below).
Exchanges are not offered for any other reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Disliking the product
Finding a better price elsewhere
Exchange Timeframe:

You must initiate an exchange request within 3 days of the delivery date. After this period, we will not be able to process your exchange.

Exchange Process:

Initiate an Exchange: Contact our customer support team at ekakshgroup2023@gmail.com or Fill Exchange request Form to initiate an exchange request. Please provide the following information:
Your order number
The product you wish to exchange
The reason for the exchange (wrong size or damaged/defective)
If applicable, provide clear photos of the damage or defect.
Exchange Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with an Exchange Authorization (EA) and instructions for the courier pickup.
Courier Pickup: We will arrange for our courier to pick up the item you wish to exchange. Please ensure the item is packaged securely in its original packaging (if possible).
Dispatch of New Size: Once the returned item is picked up by the courier, we will dispatch the new size of the product to you.
Inspection (Damaged/Defective Cases): In cases of damaged or defective products, we will inspect the returned item upon receipt. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will dispatch the replacement. If the inspection reveals the damage was caused by the customer, or the product is not defective, the exchange will be denied.
Returns:

We do not accept returns for any reason other than damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged or defective product and do not wish to exchange it for a replacement, we will process a return and refund after verification. Please contact customer support to initiate this process.

Conditions for Exchange:

The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact (if applicable).
The exchange request must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.
Shipping Costs:

We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange in cases of wrong size or damaged/defective products.

Damaged or Defective Products (Detailed):

Despite our rigorous quality checks, products may occasionally be damaged in transit due to courier mishandling. To request a replacement for misprinted, damaged, or defective items:

Submit your request within 3 days of delivery.
Provide the following evidence:
Unboxing video: A clear, continuous video showing the unboxing of the package and the condition of the product.
Photos of the damaged product: Clear photos showcasing the damage or defect.
Photos of the original packaging: Photos of the packaging in which the product arrived.
Proof of Defects:

If you do not have an unboxing video of the order, and we are unable to verify the cause of the damage or defect, we are not liable for refunds or replacements of such products. This is to protect us from fraudulent claims.

Damage from Unboxing:

Customers are advised to unbox packages carefully. If the product is damaged by scissors or sharp objects during unboxing, refunds or replacements are not possible. customer shall provide:

An unboxing video.
Images of the courier cover/packaging.
If the package appears damaged upon receipt, note the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks. This helps in claiming a refund from the courier service in cases of transit damage.

Lost in Transit:

For items confirmed as lost during shipping (as per the shipping tracking status), we will issue a full refund to the original payment method or to Bank Account as requested by customer.

Delayed Order Delivery:

If an item is not attempted for delivery within:

15 days via Air shipping
20 days via Surface shipping
We offer the following options:

Reproduce and re-ship the product to the customer.
Issue a full refund for the order.
Color Variations:

Please note that colors may not always match the provided designs exactly and could slightly differ. These minor variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

Size Issues and Measurement Tolerance:

For size issues, please provide product images and size measurements to assist our production team in verifying the issue. Please be aware that a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel products and is not eligible for returns or refunds.
